
Newcastle - Manchester United's new striker Robin van Persie accused of unsportsmanlike actions while defending his team to face Newcastle United on Wednesday. RVP has been accused retainer elbow to the Magpies.
This accusation leveled Newcastle manager Alan Pardew after his team was defeated 3-0 at the Sports Direct Arena headquarters on Wednesday. In the game, the Dutch striker Pardew accused intentionally committed the act of unsportsmanlike his players, Yohan Cabaye.
To that end, Pardew urged English football authorities (FA) to investigate the events that eluded the match referee, Howard Webb.
"He (Van Persie) is seen Yohan and he intentionally elbowed. Honestly, I think this incident deserves to be seen again, "said Pardew Tribalfootball quoted on Monday (10/08/2012).
"There's a little story from last season (when United lost 0-3) and I do not know if Robin is involved in it. But clearly the action is quite disgusting, "he continued.
"I believe, Yohan will not fall if he did not get any. I did not see it directly, but I watched it in reruns and it looks he (Van Persie) intentionally lifted his elbow, "he concluded.
